And that's the problem. They will not take down revenue a producing ad regardless of it's impact on the players.

Had multiple problems as well. Daily Tournaments are hopelessly worse than live ones for me. It's very annoying.

to Cynicles--yes, i don't lag as badly as i did before getting a diamond membership, but i definitely lag
to Cynicles--yeah, the win10 thing didn't sound right, but i have nothing concrete to refute it with.

Have finally figured out a work around for mobile app users with tourneys, you join a competition on the website but then hop on your mobile app and it appears under tournaments. From a mobile you can flick back from the daily tournaments back to live and it takes you back off the cumbersome website for mobile users

Same problem here but it seems to happen at certain times. I even have 3 speedcheck apps on hand to benchmark my internet speed during dramatic slow downs and its definitely a Chess.com server issue.

Garbage live service. Pathetic really. Yes the lag is just as bad for paying customers as it is for free players. Chess.com solve your service problems and you may find you get more paying customers. This is a poor excuse for a business and just remember when you're sitting there like you're the only game in town... Bad service opens the door for disruption and you guys reek of failure. Stop blaming other people's ISP, machines, browsers, or mobiles and fix yourself

the site is just getting worse! it's terrible no sound on mobile app. site crashes & the lag is simple awful. I've been playing on [another site -- VP] with most of my friends and it's much better

Yes I might move to lichess.org. Time is an issue, not fair. Server is very slow quite often, even if I premove I lose half a second. Just now I lost when I had about 10 secs left. My opponent war running out of time and when down to almost 2 secs he made a move. Suddenly he had 8.7 secs, I hand premoved way before, as soon as his time went up I lost on time. Not fun, not fun at all!!!

Sometimes when I'm winning in a bullet game, chess.com will troll me and make me lag and lose.
Pathetic. How many losses to time? I'm not a slow player. Without a TRUE TIMESEAL we have nothing but guesses as to what is REALLY going on. This is SICKENING! How many mate's in one have I not gotten because "oops, flag you lose"? All that's missing is the Joker's haunting laugh.
Get it together? Since the redesign the site BLOWS lag demons. No wonder you can't get anyone to PAY anymore, lol.
