Not seen?

1.  For couple of days, I am not seeing some components in the chess board at all.  This makes me wrong moves...for example when I have a bishop, at that place it is not visible!!!!  I am not sure what happened with chess.com.  This happens even in tactics trainer.....any of you have such problem...I am eager to know possible solution, either from chess.com or from my part...

2.  For 2-3 days I could not play live chess at all.  When clicked,  chess.com login for live chess not triggered at all.  Even after 10 min, like that, nothing happens...Anybody have any idea, what could be the issue?

Ok-first question-which browser are you using?

Internet Explorer doesn't work as well as Firefox.

Let me know, and perhaps we can work from there.

Make sure you delete all of the temporary internet files (sometimes called cache) that are stored by your browser. If you are unsure how to do this, here is a tutorial: http://support.chess.com/index.php?_m=troubleshooter&_a=steps&troubleshootercatid=1&parentid=0 . 

I use Mozilla firefox 3.0.3.  I see that is what recommended..

Baseballfan, I can definitely clear the cache/temporarily internet file and try..
