My pieces are flashing, can anyone help?

Sort:

My Knights and Bishops flicker and are delayed in their movements.  There is a slight lagging feel.  This has never happened before and is not due to my internet speed as I have ruled that out through testing.

I have disabled visual enhancements and have seen no abating.

I have refreshed browser (Latest Chrome) and restarted computer and still the same issue.

I have a high level computer with excellent graphics card and massive RAM.

Any ideas?

If the pieces are flashing, it means you should move that piece

ghost_freak

the same thing is happening to me in blitz..

I edited this as it seems only Bish or Knight flickers.  Im guessing it's a chess.com problem as it seems that others are experiencing this also.  Thanks :)

WBFISHER

experiencing same problems for last three days.

That happens to me, but I like it.

It's a server problem apparently. Everyone's experiencing it.

Pieces are flashing ... are they anatomically correct? Just curious.

To those who are experiencing the issue, could you say what browser you're using - and whether it's PC or Mac?

Nope- happened to me on my iPad. It wasn't during a game but rather reviewing a live game I previously played.
