Moderators

I'd like an explaination as to why I was banned, without information on who it was, for makign a subtle implication in the public chat - 1 line of text. I have seen others *spam* about drugs, gangs, and killing, all the while moderators encouraging or finding amusement in it.

A response from a mod would be helpful.

We try to have all the moderators take the same action in all cases and deal with each member on an equal basis. There are guidelines on the site and if they are not obeyed then we must take action to maintain a safe and clean atmosphere for all members. 

Banning should be the last and final measure. Typically you should get a warning first and then if the member continues to disobey the rules then further action is taken against them.

Judging by what I've done and seen in Live Chess (I was not the mod that kicked you, likely it was the server), you either broke a rule so blatantly and repeatedly that no explanation was needed... OR an explanation was given immediately after the first warning and before the kick.  I'm willing to bet you know exactly why you were kicked, although I (unfortunately) do not.
