Disconnected from live chess

I got disconnected from two exciting games, I don't care about my rating, I just want to continue the same game with the same opponent. How could I do so?

well i always disconnected while i almost winning the game. What is the real problem behind this? in my server or the chess com ?How can we solved this problem for the benefits of everyone? thaks

i am constantly disconnected and it is definitely not because of my connection to the internet

we are working hard on these connection issues! also the next big thing for live chess will be to RESUME games that were lost due to disconnect. the hard part of this is dealing with people who never come back - then we have to adjudicate, which isn't easy.

I realized that I get disconnected after playing more than two games, closing the window and opening again after each game didn't make me get disconnected in any of my last few games.

You can check your games, find the incomplete game, copy the .pgn and play it out against Fritz or Rybka (you can download Winboard complete with Deep Rybka free from the chess.ccom downloads section). That's about as close as you'll get.

I was one move to win and got disconnected, closed the window and I lost when I reconnected with the message abandoned!. GREAT

for some reason I seem to get disconnected when I'm much better or my opponent takes a long time to move. Also I only won once by disconnect but lost about 10 times!

I have gotten disconnected each time I have tried to challenge. as I am new here, can someone point me in the right direction.

  I was thinking that my cookie setting was too high but I minimized it, and I disabled my popup blocker. No difference.

I' m sorry to tell that mostly all of my lost game was from disconnection. can we resume all those games , and play againand recover those points?

From what Erik wrote above, I guess the answer to this is "no"...

Does this have to do with speed? because my internet is slow.
