Club-specific ELO

No your rating in the club is the same as your normal elo
Is there any way to create or join like a separate rating pool?
I never played in a chess.com club so I'm wondering, does a club maintain ELO rating for each player based on the standing within the club? So if I play non-club games, my regular rating will be affected but if I play against club pool, there will be a separate rating?
