Why is the North Korean flag not censored?

Firstly, their government doesn’t allow any contact between their citizens and the outside world, hence no Chess.com. Secondly, the government’s human rights violations are very obvious, yet Russia has their flag censored because they invaded Ukraine, which I will admit is terrible, but looks minuscule in comparison to the treatment of North Korean citizens by the totalitarian regime
