Why am I not being billed for diamond

So I recently decided to try the chess.com diamond's 7 day free trial plan, but after about 6 days I wanted to cancel it before I got charged. But I couldn't find the subscription on the play store when I clicked manage my subscription in the membership section in the chess.com mobile app. I didn't know what was going on and was looking for support teams I could call about this bug or problem, but the closest thing I could find is this forum, I've been using it for a few more days seeing if the diamond would go away but it didn't. then yesterday I received a notification from my e wallet saying I was charged the price for an annual diamond membership but it got cancelled since I didn't have enough in e wallet during that time, I tried so many times to cancel it but I couldn't find where the subscription is. now I don't know what to do and hope you guys can help me with it
