I don’t know but did you explain the abuse to chess.com
When submitting an abuse report How do you attach a screenshot like this one??
Please don't make accusations in the forum.
Use the report button on your opponent's profile to report abuse.
You can't email support any more. They have an AI based system now to help you contact them.
The AI provides instructions on how to report serious abuse.
If you try hard enough, you can get the chatbot to let you contact an agent, if you feel it’s necessary.

Thank you for your response. Were you referring to me with your comment about making accusations, I don't understand? The AI system is horrible! One reason I say the AI system is horrible is because I was warned that if I didn't adhere to community guidelines that action would be taken. I complained because I wanted to know why I received that response as I didn't do anything wrong. I was told that punctuation and or the system may not have understood the context. Meanwhile the system doesn't seem to catch profanity and variations/ shorthand,.
I would have much more confidence in this AI detection system if it sent a prompt during the live game chat that the user was out of line.
In fact I had previously tried contacting support a couple times and never heard back. Also never received any auto response saying we received your inquiry. I tried reporting it but figured a supporting screenshot would aid in the report. That way it's not an accusation but 100% proof.
Which has led me to post in the forum inquiring about how to submit a screenshot for the abuse report.
Previously I believe I was told staff can not see comments after a live game ends. So many issues with the live chat are not actionable because it's just he said, she said or they said, them said. The AI and majority of site thinks the solution is to turn off the chat, Really! The solution is for the person who didn't do anything wrong is expected to essentially block their ears or eyes in this case?!?
Please advise as I could use some clarification. Thank you
They can see every comment posted after a live game has completed or timed out?

No I didn't. Just submitted through the active report abuse drop down box. I wonder if one can copy paste in to the "other" or "additional comments" text field.

What was it that caused this image to be removed? Was it the words that my opponent made or was it that I didn't protect the user who wrote profanity and hateful remarks?
Thank you for just removing the image and not flagging me or worse.
Chess.com tries to strongly discourage people making abuse accusations in the forum because the posts sometimes attract more abuse and/or flame wars result.
There is a blanket policy restricting those types of posts.
That said- you can contact support about serious racism or sexual harassment- as shown above.
When someone in a live game. That user initiate a request to chat with the me. A normal person would accept because someone is willing to chat.
So here we are, Opponent initiates chat and when given the ability they write profanity and racist remarks. Not an accusation it's 100% proof and captured in that screenshot. No other chat comments were written in that game. Is that the type of chess player the site wants as a member? That account is as worthy as someone like my self who did the write thing by not engaging in that chat?!
I don't understand why chess.com would want that account active. Makes me wonder are those bots writing this stuff or staff trolling? The behavior is not acceptable and it's not like they didn't know any better.!
