Using a promo code

Hello everyone. Sorry for such a stupid question, but how to use a promo code? Looks that I've got one for buying a Square off Swap, but I have no idea how to use it. I checked everything, but am I blind or smth? Just cant find it. Could somebody help me out?

Probably open a ticket to ask. I'm not aware of a way to put in a promo code when getting a membership.

Although this is an old thread I came across it as I had the same problem, so I thought I would answer for the benefit of anyone who has the same issue in future. After contacting support I was ultimately given this link:

That still requires a code to work and those are limited use

It does require a code, but the OP said he had a code, just as I did from Kickstarter. However it’s not clear from the normal join/upgrade screen how to use such a code. Once I had the above link it was very straightforward, so I wanted to post that here in case others with promo codes search this forum as the OP and I did.

I don't believe that method existed in 2019 though.

Thank you Brian, I also had a Discord code and couldn't find a place to enter it. Unfortunately, Chess.com is saying the offer is no longer available, and I just got the code within the past 20 hours.
