unable to contact support for a refund

hi, I forgot to cancel my trial so I was charged for a year. I want to get a refund but for some reason when I press help customer support doesn't work. Any suggestions how to reach them?

I'm having a similar issue, the only option I have is to search for help, which takes me to a page which directs me back to the search function!

I've been having the same problem. I even sent them an email and I got an automated reply saying I should click the help button on the website.. which does nothing at all. It does not work. This is wild honestly

Can you explain what you mean by doesn't work?

Clicking Help in the menu should open a dialog with an button to Contact Support within it.

If your browser is blocking pop-ups or third party cookies or code, then it may not load.

Thanks for the response. The dialog opens but it wont let me type any messages on that dialog. there's no option to send a message to them. it doesn't work. it just says:

No messages

Messages from the team will be shown here

I tried three different devices, same issue. My browser is not blocking pop-ups or third party cookies or code

For those with the issue where the Contact Support button isn't showing, try it again now. If that doesn't help they clearing your browser cache and try again.
