You should try clearing your browser cache.

I did, and still isn't working

It's possible some software or settings on your system is blocking the code from loading

hmm I have this same issue sometimes, then I went on a different computer on the same browser and voila! It worked. Strange

You haven't set the clip to allow sharing without having to request permission.

Your clip does show it not working on your browser. It works on mine.

I suppose that if that doesn't work, you can't file a bug report.

That link is also not working, it just takes me to (my) homepage.

It should be https://support.chess.com/ but that just allows use of the Help articles.

Hey, I've found out why it wasn't working/opening. It was because of my Ad Blocker.

All sorted now 🤣
