You should try clearing your browser cache.
The Help menu is not working
It's possible some software or settings on your system is blocking the code from loading

hmm I have this same issue sometimes, then I went on a different computer on the same browser and voila! It worked. Strange

That link is also not working, it just takes me to (my) homepage.

Hey, I've found out why it wasn't working/opening. It was because of my Ad Blocker.
All sorted now 🤣
