Support backlog/Achievements not unlocking

I'm aware the winter bots were changed, but other people put in support tickets this year for the achievements and were given them, so I don't see any reason that should extend to me too.
I know that since the way bots worked on the server side was changed it became impossible to get the achievement normally. That being said, staff has been manually unlocking that achievement the same way they're doing it for the 4P chess variant since a similar situation happened there more recently, and they've already given me both of those achievements.
Same deal with VIP Referrer. From what I've heard there haven't been any changes to that achievement, but it's bugged and requires staff to manually unlock it.
I submitted a few support requests, one 5 weeks ago, another 4 weeks ago and a third 2 weeks ago, and I haven't gotten responses on any of them. I'm sure there's less activity this past month due to the holidays and it's not terribly urgent, but I would like to have some idea of a timeline if possible.
On the off chance someone reading this can help, I'm looking to get manual unlocks for the following achievements (I included proof for qualification in each support ticket):
the 5 winter bot achievements: Precious Snowflake, Nutcracker, Full Stocking, Jingle Bell, Holly Berry
Games played for both 3-check and Crazyhouse
- I actually haven't submitted a currently open support ticket for this. Apparently support can't manually unlock these two?

- In my support ticket, I mentioned having referred TheLeftWayOfChess who had previous upgraded, but I have since gifted a gold membership to celestialxr7 as well.
Sorry for submitting multiple support tickets that most likely could've been condensed into one. That being said I won't submit anymore achievement-related support tickets regardless
