I bought a gold subscription but it didn’t immediately show it in chess app. I went to setting and confirmed that I really payed for it, as it shows in my subscriptions list. When I try restore subscription it doesn’t change. When I click Try Free to buy a subscription once more it says that I already have it and after that shows one more popup with an unknown error. Are there any ways to fix this? I suppose I can’t even refund this, as it’s a subscription 😕
There is something chess.com has to do manually when you get premium through and iOS app. If it has been more than three days, put in a support ticket.
