"Report a bug", "Make a suggestion" and "contact us" not working

I've opened chess.com on my desktop. When I hover over the "? Help" at the bottom left of the screen, I get a menu with 5 option including "Report a bug" and "Make a suggestion". However, clicking on those doesn't do anything.

Additionally, if I go here, the "Contact us" button doesn't work either. So right now I'm unable to make a bug report.

I get something new called Usersnap, a box in the lower right.  Maybe you need to clear your cache?

Clearing the cache doesn't help - I'm still having the issue. Forgot to add this earlier, I'm on Linux (CentOS 7) using firefox and chrome.

Sorry I couldn't help.  Maybe something to do with Linux.  Anyone out there with some ideas?

Are you running anything that might be blocking scripts?

I had an adblocker on (uBlock origin). Tried turning it off, but I still have this issue.

It take a couple of seconds for the process to load for both the Make a suggestion and Bug Report (they use the same code). So, if you browser is older or you machine slower, you may just have to wait a little longer.

I tested on Chrome and Firefox on Linux (Ubuntu) and it works as expected.

I am currently also using chrome and works also perfectly.

The same problem here. With a new update on iOS app it is showing Loading sign until the time runs out (i play bullet). Trying to report a bug doesn’t work at all… someone please help!

The site has changed castling to remove the ability to click the king and then the rook to castle, at least by default. If that is what you want to do you need to change the Castling Method under Settings > Board and Pieces to Legacy from Normal.

If you prefer to use click-move, you can click the king and then the destination square under the Normal setting. With drag-move you can drag to the destination square or drag the king to the rook

Suggestion/Request

Chess.com currently does not have a feature to compile all your "brilliant moves" from different games into one place, but it is a feature that many users would likely find valuable as it could provide a convenient way to review your best chess moments across multiple games.

Why this could be a useful feature:
  • Analysis and learning:
Easily review your most impressive moves to understand what made them so strong, identify patterns in your playing style, and improve your chess strategy.

  • Motivation and pride:
Seeing all your brilliant plays collected together could be a rewarding way to track your chess progress and celebrate your achievements.

  • Sharing with others:
You could potentially share a compilation of your best moves with friends or fellow chess players to showcase your skills.

How it could work:
  • Dedicated section on profile:
Chess.com could add a new section on your profile specifically dedicated to displaying all your "brilliant" moves, categorized by game or time period.
  • Filtering options:
Allow users to filter their brilliant moves based on different criteria like opponent strength, opening played, or specific chess pieces involved.
  • Automatic aggregation:
The system would automatically identify and compile all moves marked as "brilliant" by the Chess.com game analysis engine across all your games.
