Regarding Refund

Hii chess.com, I bought a diamond subscription on this site for 3799 rs by mistake thinking that the autopay would cut money after 7 day trial ends! But I was mistaken and the money immediately was deducted from my account!!! Please refund my money as soon as possible because I am a student and I cannot waste a large amount  BY MISTAKE... I genuinely hope your team will understand my concern and provide me a refund... I haven't even used any diamond features just in case and also have filled the support form  with transaction screenshot....

Its been more than 2 days I still haven't gotten any reply pls help

He literally answered you…. Even you mean the support…. Yeah sometimes they replies 3 days later or even later

Did you use the tool in the menu to contact Support and open a billing/refund ticket? Did it say you would be contacted?

Yes I did it .
