If you filled out the request, you'll get refunded. Staff are still working through a backlog of tickets ftom the holidays and will get to you.

Be sure to check your spam/junk folders to make sure their response doesn't get filtered.

I also submitted the refund form on 03/01 and got no response, even the automated one. So I sent an email to [email protected]. Let's see what happens.

The funny thing is that I was initially charged BRL 399, but after the refund request the charge increased to BRL 429.

Yes, they'll get back to your response. I believe the support staff that initially contacted you will resolve and that will happen based on their tickets and schedule.

Hi! I was just wondering how long the usual time is to wait for a refund after the staff got back with the initial email. I have only received one email on December 27, and was wondering how long I have to wait for.

Staff found an issue where some tickets were filtered. Try are working through those now but you might open a new ticket, just in case

Can i ask, does that matter even if we had a response to our tichet? I am a bit confused by this.

If you replied to a staff response, you may want to resend it to be sure it wasn't lost.

On the website menu, on the left, there's a Help option. That's how you get that.

It's not broken. Some browser settings may not allow it to load though. I've never had it fail to load across multiple devices and browsers

Your browser has to accept third party cookies. If that's Chrome, try in an incognito
