I also submitted the refund form on 03/01 and got no response, even the automated one. So I sent an email to [email protected]. Let's see what happens.
The funny thing is that I was initially charged BRL 399, but after the refund request the charge increased to BRL 429.
I tried everything for asking for a refund. Why is there no response till now . I filled the contact forms , I send emails . Please help me. I am a student and in need of MY MONEY .
If you filled out the request, you'll get refunded. Staff are still working through a backlog of tickets ftom the holidays and will get to you.
Be sure to check your spam/junk folders to make sure their response doesn't get filtered.
