It can take a little time for Crypto payments to be applied but you can open a ticket with support to check up on it.

I tried the 30-day free trial and forgot to cancel, seeing as I had no money in my account nothing was charged. I did a free trial again later in the year and the same thing happened. Recently I deposited some money in my account and I saw that I was charged for a yearly membership even thou I did not have a diamond membership year-round. I have just canceled my membership and requested a refund. Do you think I would be able to receive a refund for all the money that was spent?

Hello i too got the free month and letter got charged for a year. I filled the form(a couple of times sense i thought i might have done it wrong) but i haven't got any response, not even an automatic one. I turned of the automatic renewal, anything else i can do?
