HI . I had a payment by crypto sent from my account but no answer from chess.com really disappointing for me as I am long member of chess.com . Please chess.com staff check it for me if this issue can be solved . THANKS

It can take a little time for Crypto payments to be applied but you can open a ticket with support to check up on it.

Hi , This is unknown problem. I paid my crypto to the wallet address but no recieve from chess.com my payment is pending now. I do not know what to do.

Give them a little time to reply.

It can take a few days normally and being a holiday weekend, it could potentially take a little longer

I tried the 30-day free trial and forgot to cancel, seeing as I had no money in my account nothing was charged. I did a free trial again later in the year and the same thing happened. Recently I deposited some money in my account and I saw that I was charged for a yearly membership even thou I did not have a diamond membership year-round. I have just canceled my membership and requested a refund. Do you think I would be able to receive a refund for all the money that was spent?

If you requested a refund you should get it.

Due to the holidays and higher ticket loads, it may take longer than normal to get a response.

Usually there is an automated reply. Did you check your junk/spam folders?

Nothing that i can find from my phone and from what i see others haven't had one after filling the form but got one after sending an email. Do you think i should send one? Thank you for your responses by the way.

Normally it can take 2-3 days for a response, but being the holidays, it may take a little longer.

i got same problem ! send ticket like 6 days ago but got nothing back ! what should i do ? keep waiting or send an email ?

You're likely still in the queue but should check your junk/spam folders to be sure they didn't try to contact you.

I tried everything for asking for a refund. Why is there no response till now . I filled the contact forms , I send emails . Please help me. I am a student and in need of MY MONEY .
