How long it takes to get a respond for my message I have sent two tickets and two email since 4 dayys! Is it hard to respond?

A lot of staff were at a company meeting last week so it may take a little longer than normal to get tickets resolved.

Yes, you should get a refund, if it's your first refund. At max I would expect you'll be contacted by mid-week if not sooner.

I don't even own a credit card. I never want to be in debt. If I don't have the cash can't buy it, simple as that.

Hello Mr.Smart Guy For your Info it was Debit Card and I Got My Money Back they Responded Pretty Quick Within 1 day and Refunded it in the next 5 days.

I'm Esteban ,a minor user account’s father; I created his account for him to try your platform, chess.com. He used some days, but then left. I set up notifications on my Google Calendar to cancel the subscription in case he wouldn't use the platform, but somehow I skipped it, and my debit card was charged. I asked for your comprehension to review my case.

One day ago I submitted trough the refund form , but no mail to follow up on my request. I plan to send mail to [email protected] to try.

It can take 2-3 days for billing support to respond but be sure to check your spam/junk folders.
