REFUND

I email and was confirmed by chess.com staffs that my membership was cancelled successfully in 2020. 

However they  charged me two times after that. One time in 2021 and the second time in 2022. 

I was shocked when my bank informed me that. 

I email and sent many messages to them many times but there is reply. 

Please advise how can I get a refund. Thank you!

I forgot to cancel the free trial before the trial period ended and was charged 500pln for the Diamond membership. I noticed they offer a 30-day moneyback guarantee for people who forgot to cancel. How can i go about getting a refund.

May my friend get a refund on the yearly-paid diamond membership? My friend's personal income doesn't support so much money (749 hkd a year), which he has already enjoyed the 7 days free trial and has paid for 749hkd. If there is a refund choice, is it sure that it can refund 100% ?

I tried paying for the gold membership thing and it's a $4 and something cents instead of charging me $50 can I get a refund please

However, the $4.17 is the monthly equivalent if you pay for a year in advance. Otherwise it's $6.99 a month.

Hey Chess.com! I saw in your refund policy that your costumers have 30 days to request a refund on their subscriptions. I would like to do that. I would like to reevaluate my subscription and purchase a monthly as opposed to a yearly subscription. Thank you so much for understanding!
