Hello, trying to get some help on my sons account. He lost almost 9,000 points in his puzzle score seemingly overnight. He had 9,572 on Nov. 20 but now is at 892 with zero explanation. He reached out to support but hasn't heard anything. Since he worked pretty hard on it, it is stressing him out. Can you please advise? Thanks.
Support is the only one that can give a definitive answer. When using the support tool did it say he would be contacted?
