Hello, fellas! I tried to reach the pre-move enable option at the playing interface and can't find it. I've already tried to go to the Settings https://www.chess.com/settings/live page and turned the option on. But after I save and play a few games, if I close the page it comes back to disable. That's a bit frustrating for bullet games.
I know there have been similar reports and staff are looking into it
I'm having the same problem. After close and reopen chess.com, the premoves is again disabled.
It's a good thing I checked the forums. I was going to make a forum ticket thinking it was only happening to me all of a sudden. Hopefully it gets fixed soon for everybody.

This has been fixed.
You may want to verify your settings In case they reset before the fix went into effect.
