Partner clubs lead to excessive promotion of clubs, which is prohibited by chess.com rules. ( https://www.chess.com/community )COVID19 brought us an exponential increase in club activity and an an excessive amount of illegal invites. (See https://support.chess.com/article/329-how-do-i-invite-someone-to-join-my-club )
Innocent clubs were spammed daily.
Whichever member of staff wrote partner clubs are legal, didn't have to face the deluge of spam club advertising partner clubs started. There were clubs which listed 50 partner clubs on their main page! One is ok, if the club owner owns another club. but partner clubs create problems. I have made these concerns known to @erik and he sees my point. I know @erik plans to revamp club rules, please do not allow partner clubs, they cause more headaches than can be imiagined!

Hello. I recently sent a question to Chess.com support asking them if partner clubs were allowed... and they said yes!
