we had both enough time to continue, I had more points, it was HIS turn, the clock was running on HIS side, HE left the game, and HE won the game after leaving ? What the f...?

Same happened to me. Waiting for my opponent to move and then realized clock was frozen. When exiting and reconnecting, it had been my turn all the time and had lost several minutes. It happened several times in several games

The only solution that I found is to offer a draw, if the player refuse then you see the movement of your opponent and you can proceed with your next move. This is the only solution that I found playing in IPad.

Hi all, played a game this morning against a Russian guy/gal and I best rhm well, they were left with a king and a pawn to my 3 pieces and a king and 2 pawns, game over right? No to my amazement I resigned and he won? How did this happen if I didnt physically touch anything? 15 left on my clock. I was furious

If you need to buy new servers, tell your customers, and they may pay. Again tell us what the issue is
I canceled my subscription until the issue is resolved. :-(
I’ve lost about 40 points in the last few days because of this. Pretty annoying. Is there no way to appeal the points?

Yeah, happened in bughouse and lost a lot of rating, though to be fair, it wasn't that high anyways.

It is because of your internet. When you get disconnected on your move, and you play, it sometimes shows it like your opponents time is running out but its actually not. To fix this, get better internet or (I wouldn't recommend this) reload the page.
