Leagues not working

So recently I got into Champion league, and my league has been empty for over a week now. Can anyone help with this?

You'll need to leave leagues and rejoin. Then play a game to get added to a working division.

Thanks for that. Can you leave leagues from the app or is that only on the website? I’m having trouble finding that. Thanks for your help.

I believe you can do it on the app as it just loads an embedded web browser.

I played 10 games but I still not in any division. How do they work?

You should be placed in a new division after completing your next game.

You are actively in Leagues. Go to https://www.chess.com/leagues and click the Join Leagues link

Can chess.com fix this bug already, it's practically been around for over a month

same problem for me I got promoted to Champions league but It wont put me in a new league despite playing 10+ games

Try leaving leagues and rejoining. Then play a game and see if you get placed in a new division.

I have been doing what you have said and it is still not working can chess.com please fix this its been 3 months

I guess we all have to face the facts:

We are individually that good we've been placed on a league of our own😂.

ye this is really annoying it's just frozen my league has like 5 players who haven't even gone online for like 3 months.

After your next qualifying game you should get into a new division. If you get placed into the old stuck division, staff may need to look into it.

I feel a bit ridiculous , but i have to ask. What happened with the trophy cup that we earn in players league? It doesn’t show on our profile page anymore.

Some bug again? Or ??
