In puzzles, I get lots of "The network connection was lost"

When playing puzzles on my iPhone, after solving them, quite frequently I get "The network connection was lost." message and when I click on Try Again, it goes to next puzzle and I did not get the points that should have been awarded to me. Quite frustrating really. My phone does not lose connection on other apps at all and live chess games with other players works very well.

iPhone version: iOS 17.6.1
Chess.com app: v4.7.4 (9997)

I’ve been having the same issue, also on an iPhone.

It had been common to have error messages pop up after completing a puzzle regarding network issues, though after clicking on the Try Again button two or three times it would resolve and reward or subtract points as normal.

However, since this recent update to the tactics trainer, Try Again takes me to the next puzzle instead of trying to reconnect for proper point distribution.

Yes, exactly like this. Can the developers take this issue into concideration?

Same here. The bug was present in the old puzzle mode as well, but then you usually got to do the same puzzle again next time. Now you just get another puzzle. So annoying that this bug still exist, it kills the hot of puzzles.
