How to restore a closed account?

First of all, thanks for the advice. How long should I wait for their answer? I've contacted the support about 3-4 days ago. Is it supposed to take a day, a week, or a month?
Their goal has always been 48 hours, but 3 to 4 days average has been my experience. Unfortunately membership has exploded lately, so all bets are off. I can't imagine it taking more than a week though. Best of luck!

It was "OmriSteinberg" but I think I changed my username a couple of days before I closed this account.

My friend wants to know more about his account closure. He said he rarely plays on Chess.com (only on weekends). Is there any way he can know more about the problem? or the message that was sent to his mail?

How do I restore a closed account?
I closed my account recently and I regretted, (the reason doesn't matter). I had many important and nice games there. Is it possible to restore this account?
