how to resend activation email?

I’m trying to add a friend and I can’t because apparently my account isn’t activated, I don’t see the activation email and I can’t find a way to have chess.com resend me one? How do I get them to resend me that activation email?

THank you for the response, however, I have done every step outlined in that article; in fact, it was the reason I contacted chess.com support, because none of that worked. Is there any way chess.com can re-send the activation email for my account so I can activate this account?

It appears that your account is activated.

 

Can you provide a screenshot of the exact message you're seeing?

i want to chat and im not activated. i registered a long time ago and recently deleted everything in my gmail inbox. ho can i get the verification resent?????
