You should be able to use the Help option in the menu and there should be a Contact Support button
Thank you Martin! I don't think is available anymore. If you type contact support the guide on how to contact support pops up but the help menu doesn't give you the option anymore.
For those with the issue where the Contact Support button isn't showing, try it again now. If that doesn't help they clearing your browser cache and try again.

I prefer to play chess with one friend until i improve. When I attempt that I frequently get as my opponent I someone other than my friend. So I "x" out of the game only to gather someone's ire (I was recently "kicked" for half an hour). Please correct these problems. I do not appreciate the program doing what it thinks I mean or to dirty my reputation. Peraps a human being should answer my complaints.
If you're doing a direct challenge you shouldn't get anyone else.
