How to contact support?

I to email [email protected] and recieved an automated reply that support doesn't reply to emails and I should use the widget https://www.chess.com/support.

Is there another way to contact support? 

My membership autorenewd today without any prior notification. I would to cancel and get a refund.

You should be able to use the Help option in the menu and there should be a Contact Support button

Thank you Martin! I don't think is available anymore. If you type contact support the guide on how to contact support pops up but the help menu doesn't give you the option anymore.

For those with the issue where the Contact Support button isn't showing, try it again now. If that doesn't help they clearing your browser cache and try again.
