Gifted Gold Subscription Ended Early

I’m reaching out because I recently encountered an issue with my gifted Gold subscription. On March 19, 2024, I received a 1-year Gold membership as a gift (receipt attached for reference). The subscription was supposed to be valid until March 19, 2025, but unfortunately, I received a notification a few days ago saying that my subscription had expired.

I’ve been enjoying my Gold membership benefits, so this early termination has been a bit frustrating. I would appreciate any help or advice on how to resolve this issue. Is there any way to restore the remaining time on my subscription?

You'll need to contact Support directly using the Help option in the menu to see what may have happened

You'll need to contact Support directly using the Help option in the menu to see what may have happened

Thanks for the reply Martin, I tried submitting 2 tickets through the "Contact Support" in the help menu, however, I haven't received any feedback or even an email confirming that a ticket had been made. Is there a way to know when support is looking into something?

If a ticket was created you'll get a message on the tool that you'll get a response in 1-5 days
