GETTING BACK INTO A TOURNAMENT IF COMPUTER DISCONNECTS

I CANNOT GET BACK INTO MY TOURNAMENT WHEN MY COMPUTER DISCONNECTS OR I FLIP TO ANOTHER WEBSITE!

THIS IS INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING AND IF IT'S NOT POSSIBLE TO RE-ENTER...THAN I CONSIDER IT A HUGE FLAW/LOOPHOLE IN THE PROGRAM!

Seriously, though, replies can easily be made here.

Sometimes when it happens to me, thanks to my wi fi :(, I can get baack in by reloading the page in the upper left corner, but normally not within the one minute allowed before forfeit.  The worst part is that they don't let you stay in the tournament, and can't play anymore, especially if it happens in the first game of a tournet

Happened with me todayI accidently closed the tournament tab while closing other tab then tried to open it again and........

It told me 'Live play' server is currently unavailable

My computer froze during while playing game 865663763.  After a few minutes I noticed both our clocks had stopped.  I tried to see if some person was designated to report.  Meanwhile, the game showed me as "abandoned game."  What happened?

THIS IS RIDICULOUS THIS PROBLEM IS SO FRUSTRATING AND CHESS COM HAS STILL NOTHING ABOUT IT AFTER 12YRS!!! I WON 3 GAMES AGAINST OPPONENTS WITH 200 MORE POINTS THAN ME AND MY RAPID WIN STREAK WAS AT ALL TIME HIGH 9 AND I LOST IT ALL!!!! SO FRUSTRATINGGGG I WAS THE GUY WITH LOWEST ELO IN THE TOURNAMENT AND I WAS GOING 3/3

I agree this is extremely frustrating. I enrolled in a 24 hour tournament and if stay in, walk away for an hour or so and come back, I am no longer in the tournament.
