Game Explorer "Loading..."; Exploring other players games stuck on "Loading"

Recently when I try to explore other people's games, I open the explorer and it shows all the moves they've played on Move 1., then when I select one of those moves to see what is next it just says "loading" and nothing ever happens and I can't explore anyone's games.

When I use the explorer on my own games the exact same way it works normally; it works the same way it always has.  I have no explanation why this is happening all of the sudden. I waited a few days to see if it would fix itself but it hasn't and it makes no sense.

What's going on?

Here's an example of what I see when I try to explore a random user's games:

And it just stays like that and nothing ever loads.

I see you are a Diamond member.

I tried to load your games. It does pull up thousands of games for you.

It loads the above but only gives the "loading" answer when I try to go further.

I sent in a bug report.

It has always been a problematic feature.

@Martin_Stahl may have an idea.

I tried to explain above, but I am able to fully explore my own games; it works completely normally when I use the explorer on my own games. It is when I try to explore other players games it goes into this "loading..." after the first move just like you have seen when you try to explore my games.

CORRECTION to my previous post: I have observed the same problem when trying to Explore other players' games. After I select the first move (e.g. 1.e4), the display gets stuck on "Loading". I think this problem has started recently, as I have previously used this function before.

I submitted a Bug Report 3 days ago and have not received a response from Chess.com.

I am also observing this problem when I try to explore my own games from the "My Games" page. After selecting the first move, it gets stuck on "Loading".
