Game abandonment with no issues on my end?

Hello! I just got auto resigned after being considered 'reconnecting' for 2 minutes, after my opponent took 4 minutes to make a move.
I checked my browser cache, very empty, never experienced this until now.
My wifi was on at full bars and from what I saw, nothing seemed to wrong.
I was wondering if there was a way to communicate to an actual person about this subject?
I have never had that issue but depending on the device and its age try to shut it down give it a few minutes then restart it.
PC has all new parts, finished building it not long ago.
Wi-Fi is about 100+ mb/s, never experienced this issue until now.
Very infuriating loss considering I was up +3.1 according to stockfish.
Take the - 8 and move on

If the game was auto-resigned the there was a connection issue between your client and the live server.
