Lately I haven't been able to play online on the chess.com browser, on my Mac (Big Sur 11.3.1).
Despite the site saying, that my internet connection is not working, I can still do puzzles or play daily games, it just doesn't let me play online games and says "Please wait, it's taking longer than usual to connect". But it gets weirder, when I go on other sites, with the same mac and with the same connection, they work perfectly without any connection problems. Moreover when I enter the chess.com browser , on other devices with the same account and connection, it works perfectly (iPhone).
Recap: I can't play online on the Chess.com Browser on Mac, but I can do puzzles and daily games. With the same device and internet connection, other sites work flawlessly. On other devices with the same account and connection, the chess.com browser works well.

btw. I already checked this https://support.chess.com/article/213-how-do-i-fix-my-disconnect-lag-issues and I think everything worked.
