Chess.come Support Not Working?

On the 5th of August 2024 I bought a 1 year diamond subscription, however, 2 days later, I am looking to get a refund. I click on the help icon (bottom right) and go to "Contact Us", which opens this page:


Clicking on the link takes me back to the home page with the Help prompt up. 

I have tried to contact chess.com via their support email and received this: 

clicking on this link brings me back to the home page.

I seriously misjudged how much I had in my bank account and I am desperately looking for a refund ASAP

Any help you be highly appreciated, Thank you

I would also like to mention that the "Ask a Question" option does not appear when I open the Help menu

Can you try with an incognito/private

For those with the issue where the Contact Support button isn't showing, try it again now. If that doesn't help they clearing your browser cache and try again.

Hello Martin, thank you for the update, the "Contact Staff" button is now showing on the Help pop-up.
