Chess.com discriminates against the individual / membership plans
From the website, https://www.chess.com/membership?c=navbar I clicked on the diamond icon on the left.

I don't see that when I clicked on your link but they do offer different plans at times.
Many people have long asked for a family rate. They had one on Chesskids but never on Chess.com that I can recall.
For $200, less than twice the individual $120 diamond rate, you can have the equivalent of four diamond memberships.
That seems like a pretty good deal for a family.
Many businesses offer family plans.
If you are going to do that to the individual, at least let them decide what four things they want on the left (so they can have Gold membership they can make use of). I don't want Puzzles or Lessons. I already know how to block ads. It's the Game Review and Coach Explanations that I would pay for. Those two and the bots are the only three things I would use.
They have $4.17/Gold for individuals, but for the same price you can get Diamond only if you have three other people. This is like a pyramid scheme. The individual has to pay $10, almost 42% mark up but they falsely say "save 41%". If you are the individual, you are not saving 41%, you are PAYING 41% more. Do they think we are stupid?
The offer would be a deal if you just offered $4.17/month to the individual and not make them have to recruit three other people. We are now being turned into sales representatives for chess.com? If so, I want a salary and FREE membership then.
It's not even realistic to expect someone to get three other people, but you would have a greater chance of getting four individuals interested in $4.17/month Diamond membership. That's ~$50. Also, if you get 4 individuals you are more likely to have repeat customers, because they genuinely want to continue. If you assume the 4 pack membership will last a year, you are not taking into account those 4 may not want to continue. One or two might, but the others might just sign up initially to try it out.
The friends and family plan is $16.67 equivalent per month when paid a year in advance. A little over $200+ tax. It's a plan primarily for families that have multiple members that all want a diamond membership.

It's a lot harder to do a la carte plans, both from a programming and plan creation standpoint. It's unlikely that would be added.
