If you filed an appeal then you'll have to wait for the fair play team to finish with that and contact you

IDK this happened to someone else I knew recently it might be for "abuse " maybe they screnshoted something and chess com actualy closed the account (some people are toxic about it someone tried to do it to me )

Maybe as somebody reported you for something like abusing and the report was completely right.

Yeah, there are too many players that can't accept any defeat because they're too arrogant to admit there are better players out there and that's what kills their ego. They don't learn from their games nor mistakes because they're always busy blaming others for cheating and feeling superior to others everytime they win.
