Charged for Free Trial

Hello, I tapped on a free trial for Premium Membership yesterday (12-Oct-2020) and it turns out I have been charged for full membership. Please may I have my money returned to me soonest as I requested a free trial and not paid membership. Thank you.

Gosh, Doc, your profile says you have been a diamond member previously. 

The free trial is only for first time members. 

You can cancel your new premium membership in settings. You will have to write to [email protected] if you want a refund for any unused portion of the membership.

Thanks. Yes I was a while back but it expired. Then when I returned to the app - it had the option to have a free trial so tapped on it! Thanks - I’ll write to the email address

Im also confused it said free trial, i had this before but i just thought it was offering again so i clicked the free trial bit and it still ended up charging me and i would like a refund for it, i havent used any of the features.

To get a refund you need to open a ticket with support.

They're still doing this to people in 2024 btw.

This issue was raised in 2020 and four years later it still says "free trial" all the way up until the point you've already been charged.

I'd have said it's probably just an error on their part but to see it's been this way since 2020 tells me they're absolutely doing this deliberately.

Omg it 2024 and i cant belive this thing is till going on, I have duped not once but twice back in 2020 same thing occcured with me, and 4 days before also, i just realised this is an deliberate attempt, they could have just fixed it alot sooner, but they choose to keep it this way

You'll need to contact support directly using the Help menu and they'll get your issue resolved.

It was clearly writtem "1 week free trial" and not just at one place but at three different level i read it okay,

It was also written you will be charged after your free trial end

I'm a bit late, but did you get your refund?

The same thing just happened to me. I got a free trial a couple years ago and earlier today I saw I had an option to do another one. Just as I enter my information for the yearly subscription, I see I got charged immediatly after. It's crazy how a platform this Big has issues like this.

Same thing happened to me. Did you get refunded?

Man same thing happened with me today.I had used one free trial before but then i saw today that again they are giving free trial but when i made payment the amount got cut immediately from my bank account.I hope I will get my refund.I have contacted them via app they said that our team will contact you with in 1-5 days.

Did anyone got their money back?

I haven't heard of anyone requesting a refund that didn't get it

I got within 5 days...you need to contact customer support.They are very helpful
