can’t sign in

My mom wanted to get this app so she downloaded it but when she had to put in her username it just said “to many requests try again later” and wouldn’t let her put in a username. She even deleted and re-downloaded chess.com the next day but still the same thing

Make sure the Sign Up option is being selected and not sign in if the account hasn't already been made.
i waited for hours for this to go away when i was signing up and when i filled the username is kept saying "too many request " i even waited to the next day and it still says that i kindly want this to be fixed or be remove
