Did a staff member give you that number info or the automatic answers? As far as I'm aware, staff will reopen self closed accounts if you create a ticket and may need to use the support tool and type something like speak to an agent, after your initial question, to get a ticket opened.

The bot said I can't reopen it. I typed to connect to an agent, and it said that my conversation ended.
