Can't move my pieces

Hello ,I'm again and sorry to be reiterative reporting problems but I also received reiterated advises about my bad sportivity.Now I losing matchs simply cause I can't move.So,the program consider that's as suspended match and all we know.The thing is  simple : Pieces dont move.Lot of times  also many games start without I click new game.On this cases some times program also react  as suspend match and also, and again ,I received constantly  advises about my bad sportivity

Now, and after losing around 5 games perhaps, aprox, pieces movement is possible...

About matches starting without click new game,I play when I can.Some times I'm not waiting new game cause I dont click.

Nope.Playing close of a tv.Nothing more.Was rare ,but rare things happens here.Around 12 technicians failed to instal optical fiber.My neighbores have fiber,not my home.One day 3 technicians the last time giving up,having not explanation and I changed company

SOLVED :Today happened again on playing mode daily.Maintenance and liberate space solved the unposibility of movement,when I logging again.Thanks and I hope can help perhaps in other cases
