Can't login to account

Hello, I cannot login to my account for more than a month now. My iOS device logged out once and when I try to login, it says: "Couldn't log in. We were unable to create your account. Please contact support to resolve this issue." Note that I'm not trying to CREATE an account, I'm just logging in. Also, when I try to login on another browser (Chrome), it says: "Unable to login again at this time. Error RP13. Please contact support for more info."

Safari browser on desktop is still logged in (cookie?) and I'm able to play here. Any tips on how to resolve this?

All my apps are fully updated.

You have to look to find the login button. They haven't made it obvious.

Hello I recently got a issue where on my IOS iPhone fully updated, I could not log in to chess.com on the app or the website. I’ve have tried deleting the app multiple times and reinstalling it but nothing works. When I try to log in with google I press my account and then it just does nothing. Anybody got any ideas? Or does anybody know how to fix it?

Verify you have the newest app version. There was a bug that got resolved in version 4.1.11

The new updated app does not work on old devices? Help and support here is not good.

How old is your device?  What iOS version?

 

The site can't support old versions indefinitely, so at some point older apps and  mobile OS versions will become unsupported.

My i pad is five years old, running 12.5 ios. It worked fine for Chess Com until last week. It now won’t let me log in using either G mail or Facebook as I never had a password.

What version of the app are you on? 4.1.11 was relesed to fix an issue after iOS 12.5.7 was released

I’m running ios 16 on my phone the app works great. But fails to open on my i pad air. The app opens asks you to log in. I click on gmail and it fails to open?

Hello whenever I try to log into my account on IOS. Most recent update for the phone and the app. is says wrong password, and whenever I try to change my password it says the link doesn’t work. Can someone help me… please. happy.png

Hi guys i have something similar to this topic

The app doesn’t login no matter how much i try while it’s totally ok in my computer browser( can play normally)

I tried deleting and redownloading/reinstalling the app but it didn’t work

I couldn't log in to my account and I forgot my password and email I have two devices connected to one account my phone account couldn't log in but my computer can how do I use the same password and email so I can play on my phone

Have you tried the forgot password option on your phone?

Mine won’t let me “verify my connection” even though the Wi-Fi is perfectly fine. Therefore, I can’t access my account. I need help.

Btw I’m on the browser page doing this but I want it to work on the app, and it won’t.
