cancel membership / refund

I bought the Diamond membership and I want to cancel it and get a refund. I am well within the 30 days guarantee. I used the AI helper of chess.com and it said that a member of their team will get in touch within 24 hours, which it hasnt happened. What else can I do?

This has same happened with me, I also fall under 30 days back guarantee. And havent got I reply since yesterday, A large amount has been stuck please contact or solve this problem.

I also need a refund sent them a message on Aug 3 have yet to hear back.

I want to initiate the refund, but I am not finding any option to talk with the member support team. Can someone help me with where exactly to contact the team?

It's not even showing me an option either to contact anyone. It just loops me into the FAQs
