Can you only apply as a moderator when you are 18+?

I would really like to become a moderator to stand up for this community, as I am a very active member myself (I own the chatterbox award) and would stand up against trolls ;-; the pictures are unbearable…. But I’m not 18

Yes, only members that are at least 18 can qualify to be a moderator.
