Chess board and pieces are not showing. Tried everything from disabling all my add-ons, clearing my cache and trying a different browser. Going through the help and support section, I cannot see anyone's pictures they have posted, saying they have the same issue.
There are a few topics like this. I'm guessing it's related to the CDN the site uses and it's impacting a subset of members.
This happened to me on chrome so I switched to firefox. Now its happening on firefox so now I have to use lichess
You could try clearing your browser cache. Also, if you have blocking add-ons/plugins, those can be blocking site resources; there are multiple domains being used to host assets.

Is your Chromebook managed by a school or business? If so, it's very possible they have settings causing the issue. The site hosts some of their files on other domains, so it's very possible there is a setting blocking anything from loading that isn't directly hosted in the host domain.

Laptop , Windows 10 and Edge. Problem seems to have resolved itself now - at one stage the board was displaying way down page and several sizes too large.

Try clearing your browser cache and sure cookies.
If that doesbt help, change your Animation Type to something other than Arcade or Natural.
Staff are aware of an issue and working on it.

If you're using a VPN, you might check without that. If that works, the VPN or endpoint being used may be the issue.

I do not have a VPN:/ i have no clue how to fix it I'm just tired of seeing the same board i need variety haha
