I also have this problem and it is really annoying. It keeps appearing just seconds after i open chess.com. I have already reported this problem via the google form for the bad ads. I also really hope it will be fixed soon

lemme play a game and lose some elo and try to copy down the link cuz I forgot to last time
I logged on today and play 3 games. The same ad is appearing again and again and again during the game and I am unable to close it at all. Therefore, I lost 2 bullet games and drew 1 blitz game(my opponent was very nice) due to the time insufficiency. Is it just me or other people are also experiencing this? It would be great if the bug would be fixed properly. Thank you!
In this bullet 1|1 game, I was black and after I played h6 to kick out the opponent's knight, the ad appeared and I was stuck. I cannot enter the game. Eventually, the game was abandoned and I had 23 seconds left.
This is a blitz 3|2 game. I was playing white. After my opponent played Qxe5, I still had 3 minutes in the clock. Then, my game was frozen again, when the same ad appeared. On the 13th move(the next move), I only had 1:44 and immediately misclicked and made a blunder.
