Why I am struggling to win.

I am a chess player who has rating over 900 and has been playing for a year. I am the strongest player in my class and has been winning most of my chess games earlier. However, now, I don't know why, I am losing back to back games. I have lost back to back 8-9 games which is very unusual for me. Kindly suggest what to do and how to get rid of this losing streak. My rating has declined from 1020 to 920.
Just a bad day. I have had those. I once lost 200 rating in a day, but I gained it back with more the next week. After every losing streak, there will be a winning streak.

i am guessing this has to do with a psychological problem. i myself do experience this sometimes but what i normally do whenever i start having episodes is that i take a break from chess completely
