Why doesn't chess.com respond to complaints of sexual harassment?

I got a person that sexually harassed people in bullet for six months (torawards everyone it didnt matter if you were a guy or a girl) they pretty much only got banned cause people started mass reporting them
Chessdotcom is trying to maintain a vital connection to the USCF. Hence, they must ignore sexual harassment.
here’s an idea, don’t turn off chat so that you can get harassed and come to the forums to wallow in your misery. So that people can feel sorry for you and adopt your racist ways.

I've been sexually harassed on chess.com. and now. my innocent younger sister who has just arrived from DprK to Vietnam and she"s been harassed twice today [moderator removed comment - AA]. Disgusting. And chess ,com do nothing to protect lady players
