Hello, friends, I have a problem. At the end of March 2021, I had my highest blitz rating 1806 after April started my rating started decreasing after that my rating has not increased my rating so much decreased that I got to 1600 Can someone pls help me how to again get to 1750 - 1850 range I daily practice chess I daily solve 20 puzzles and I have brought the Silman  complete endgames course and I am reading and improving my endgame but I still play so badly why? Why did my rating decreased so much This problem is there for 1 month Someone pls help me

The same happened to me btw. After I hit 1970, I tilted till 1750s. Basically after a player hits peak, they normally tilt. After a player tilts, they peak. So its the "Chess Cycle".

But I have been tilted for 1 month when I will again start peak

Maybe switch to rapid instead? Because rapid might help from tilt in blitz

Did you play immediately after a frustrating loss?

Because from experience, that causes performance to drop drastically.

When I was calm I was holding my own against 1500, 1600, and even 1700 rated players, but when I was angry after a blunder, 1400’s were wiping the floor with me!

I did not have the sense to take a break after this, so I kept playing, only to lose so much that I myself stooped to the depths of the 1400’s!

Take a break, at least from rated games, but continue your diligent study, come back stronger than ever!

Have faith in yourself, you made it to that rating prior, you can do it again.

Yes, also dont play when you are mentally disturbed or something. I played so many games like that and dropped a lot. Only play when you feel like you are able to play. Also play for the games, not for the ratings, this way you'll naturally see a rise in your ratings.

If you lose multiple games in a row/feel tilted then I would say go for a walk.

One thing I've seen in myself, and in many other players, is "ITIGAC" syndrome. "I think I'm good at chess" is what ITIGAC stands for. When players start winning games, they start to think they're good at chess. Win a bunch of games and your rating goes up, and you're SURE you're getting good at chess.

I'm of the mindset that thinking you're good at chess, causes you to perform worse. You lose some objectivity of the position, and start playing questionable moves, thinking you can get away with it because you're better than your opponent. The primary difference is this: Good players are good because they play good moves more often. They play good moves because they analyze the position fairly. When a player begins thinking they're good, they start playing moves because those moves look good, and they are the better player. It's the direction of causality: when someone has ITIGAC syndrome, moves are "good" because they make them, not because of an objective analysis.

Being good at chess, means you play good moves regardless of the position, and you evaluate objectively. ITIGAC syndrome chess, you'll miss moves constantly, due to lack of respect for your opponent, and favoring your own positions too highly in evaluation.

I've had some massive swings over the years due to this, and I've seen a lot of other people struggle with it too. The only solution I've ever found, is to eat Humble Pie, but fortunately, chess will serve it with every game! Nowadays I just figure I'll never be good at chess, and I keep my benchmark moving as I improve. Good is always at least 200 points higher rated than I am right now.

I just tilted this morning, lost 100 points in record time

I noticed you don’t analyze your games.

I don't analyze my games, but I review them to make sure I don't make the same mistakes again

The main reason I tilted was by playing bullet. Bullet really crashes your chess skills. After I stopped playing bullet my blitz skills increased. I'm not discouraging you to quit bullet, but I see you are a strong bullet player, my point is if you need a good blitz rating, playing few or no bullet games might be helpful in my opinion btw
