why am I getting hacked??

So recently, on my chess account, I got messages in my email that someone logged into my account, and it shows their location, and those people who hacked me live way far away from me, so I know something is fishy, can you guys please help me? I reset my password 3 times. I really do not want to lose this account, and if I say something, please understand that it was not me. Thank you, and I will appreciate all help.

This is a situation that never happened to me. But maybe you can try contacting chess.com support. The email you received might also be a phisher trying and steal your info, make sure it's legit. I hope this will help.

It's highly possible it's your connection and you weren't actually hacked.

My ISP sometimes routes my traffic through different parts of their network so the location changes but it is still my login.
